ABOUT THE PROMOTERS
Mr. Dharamdas N. Mehta
A visionary entrepreneur and the driving force behind Shelton Group, Mr. Dharamdas N. Mehta began his journey in Rajula, Gujarat, before moving to Mumbai in his early twenties. A graduate of Podar College and a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, he ventured into business with a clear vision and relentless determination. Over the years, he successfully diversified across sectors including Finance, Textile, Apparel, Import-Export, Leasing, and Real Estate.
With over 40 years of experience in the real estate sector, Mr. Mehta is known for his deep industry insight, ethical business practices, and commitment to quality. As the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Shelton Group, he plays a strategic role in steering the company’s growth and shaping its legacy. Beyond business, Mr. Mehta is actively involved in social welfare through the Aruna Foundation, contributing to healthcare, education, and community development initiatives. His charitable work includes building medical centers, supporting mass marriages, and offering aid to underprivileged families, solidifying his reputation as a respected leader and philanthropist.
Mr. Bhavesh D. Mehta
Mr. Bhavesh Mehta, a graduate from the University of Mumbai, brings over 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction of residential and commercial projects. His expertise lies in project execution, site development, and operational strategy. He plays a pivotal role in Shelton Group’s expansion and quality control, contributing significantly to the group’s success and reputation.
Together, the promoters have built Shelton Group into a name synonymous with transparency, authenticity, and excellence. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, legal compliance, and sustainable practices, they have laid a solid foundation for future growth.
